Heavy Duty Mechanic
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Heavy-Duty Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and overseeing repairs on a variety of equipment in a safe, effective, accurate and timely manner.

What you'll do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy, compact, and material handling equipment
- Use OEM diagnostic software, tools, and technical manuals
- Perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and road tests
- Order parts, complete service reports, timecards, and warranty documentation
- Collaborate with OEM technical support and internal service teams
- Recommend repair solutions and improvements
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service
- Follow workplace health and safety standards
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, both in-shop and in the field (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri)
What you'll bring:
- Journeyman or Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification
- Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, including diesel engines, electrical systems, electronic controls, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, transmissions, and driveline systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and team-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Welding experience considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
