You’ll use your experience to quickly identify parts, process orders accurately, and keep customers and internal teams moving without delay. A Day in the Life
You’ll be trusted to keep the parts operation running smoothly.
Identify, source, and sell parts quickly and accurately
Support customers and technicians with fast, effective solutions
Process invoices, returns, warranties, cores, and orders correctly in the system
Manage counter sales and provide professional customer service
Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse flow
Ensure parts department operations stay organized and efficient
Collaborate with service and sales teams to minimize downtime
Follow dealership SOPs and safety standards
What You Bring
We’re looking for proven experience, not on-the-job training.
2–4+ years of experience in a parts counter or parts department role
Strong understanding of inventory, sourcing, and parts systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency (ERP systems an asset)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Grade 12 or equivalent
